LM-32DAC

The LM-32DAC digital-to-analog converter gives you the choice of tube or solid-state output, so you can select the output that will give you the best musical experience.

This DAC uses Xmos USB audio technology, which receives and decodes high-resolution 32-bit/192kHz digital signals using high-speed USB 2.0, and is equipped with first-class ESS 9028Pro DAC chips.

It is an asynchronous design that offers excellent performance thanks to its low-distortion, ultra-low-jitter clock recovery technology, and has five digital inputs: AES/EBU, BNC, USB, optical and coaxial, which can be synchronised to any input signal of 44.1KHz, 48KHz, 88.2KHz, 96KHz, 176.4KHz, 192KHz, 352.8KHz, 384KHz, DSD64, DSD128 and DSD256, with the input frequency used displayed on the LCD.

The LM-32DAC has separate high-quality power supplies for the analogue and digital parts, a toroidal transformer for the digital part and an EI transformer for the analogue part. It also has a separate rectifier with high-speed circuits for the digital part and a 6Z4 tube for the analogue part.

Finally, the LM-32DAC features the world's first Line Magnetic Audio analogue tube output stage, which provides a true tube output thanks to two 12AU7 tubes.
